Dr. Jack Meister is a licensed naturopathic medical doctor who is passionate about helping patients heal from pain using evidence-informed regenerative therapies. He specializes in orthobiologic injections that activate the body’s natural healing process and is currently completing his residency at Regenerative Performance. Dr. Meister combines a highly focused, science-backed approach with the core naturopathic principles – first do no harm, treat the root cause, treat the whole person, doctor as teacher, and prevention – to provide lasting pain relief and improved function for his patients.

Dr. Meister earned his naturopathic medical degree from Sonoran University of Health Sciences and is licensed naturopathic in the state of Arizona. From an early age, he knew he wanted to help people live healthier lives – an intention shaped by his upbringing from a mother who was a holistic lifestyle coach, along with witnessing his sister’s struggle with chronic Lyme disease. When conventional treatments failed, it was an integrative physician who helped his sister to finally recover. These early influences gave Dr. Meister a lasting appreciation for root-cause oriented care. While completing his pre-medical coursework at CU Boulder, he also earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, giving him a strong foundation to manage the evolving challenges of healthcare and better advocate for his patients’ needs.
He originally intended to become a conventional medical doctor, but that path shifted as he became more aware of how little emphasis was placed on lifestyle, prevention, and individualized care. He saw how often symptoms, pain included, were managed with medications or surgery, rather than taking the time to investigate and resolve the underlying cause. This realization, along with the influence of his early experiences, led him to naturopathic medicine – a model of care that aligned with his values and emphasized true healing over symptom management.
After gaining broad clinical experience during his naturopathic medical education, Dr. Meister made the decision to focus the bulk of his practice on regenerative medicine, drawn by the field’s exciting advancements and the remarkable results these therapies provide for patients. He believes that by dedicating himself to this specialty, he can offer the most effective, precise, and transformative care possible. Through his residency and ongoing training at Regenerative Performance, Dr. Meister continues to sharpen his skills in interventional orthobiologics, helping his patients address pain at its root and reclaim their ability to move and live fully. In his spare time, Dr. Meister loves enjoying the outdoors, reading a book, or spending quality time with family (dogs and cats included).
